Have been wondering which herbs, spices, flavourings could be taken easily on nano expedition road camps for cooking with extra bite.

List so far:
Fresh lemons.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Olive oil.
Flake sea salt.
Cracked black pepper.
Garlic Paste.
Ginger paste.
Coriander paste.
Basil paste.
Tomato Paste.
Turmeric powder.
Agave Syrup.
Garam masala.
Cumin powder.
Paprika smoked powder.
Anchovy Sauce.
Chilli powder (actually probably not wise to take too hot a spice for camping as things could turn unpleasant :D )
Beef stock cubes.
Veg stock cubes.
Chicken stock cubes.

The above should be good for pasta, curried rice and stew dishes.

The list may seem big but I believe it would ake up no more than a sandwich box size container.

Spent the night in the woods to test out new tent configuration.
