Recipe: chorizo sausage breakie

Late morning breakfast or summer lunch. Tasty with a little kick.

Tesco finest chorizo sausage - Combination microwave/grill 10mins, roughly sliced in bite sized chunks.

Couchettes, sliced and fried in griddle with a little olive oil, salt, black pepper and sprinkle of chilli flakes.

Bed of salad of rocket, watercress and spinach leafs.

Fresh herbs roughly torn in - Mint leafs, Curly leaf Parsley and a small amount of chive (diced).

Plate up, seasoning with flaked salt and fresh cracked black pepper, drizzle of extra virgin oil and a squeeze of half a lemon.
