TRIMITE 162/51 AND CLEAN MUTTON CLOTH |
Use neat from container. Wash it on and wipe it off. Approx 18 inch sq. area at a time. |

May use orbital sander at this stage only. All following rub down use block by hand. |

Wash it on and wipe it off. |

FILL DENTS MAJOR |
“PLASTIC PADDING” PP50 FILLER |
Mix and apply per manufacturers instructions. |

RUB DOWN FILLED AREA |
FINISH WITH GRIT P120 |
When contour is satisfactory finish flat with Grit P120 (key for stopper). |

FILL SCRATCHES MINOR BLEMISHES |
CELLULOSE STOPPER E6-6 |
Apply sparingly with rubber squeezy. Allow to dry overnight. |

RUB DOWN FILLED AREA |
GRIT P180 |
Flat down stopper with Grit P180. Mask off, Degrease and Paint within 12 Hours. |

PAINT ETCH AND PRIME |
PRIMER – ETCH

AULTRAFIX Z4236 |
3 or 4 Coats of Normal Mix 1:1 ratio. Allow 5 minutes between coats. 50 P.S.I. Mix 50% Primer : 50% Activator USE TACK RAG PRIOR TO 1ST COAT |

DIAMOND WHITE (change as applicable) |
1 Coat of Mix 5% Top Coat : 90% Thinners. Can be applied 30 minutes after Etch Primer. |

GRIT P400 |
Remove Dust Coat using Grit 400 on block. Use water - hose off and dry. |

FILL SCRATCHES, MINOR BLEMISHES AND RUB DOWN |
CELLULOSE STOPPER E6-6 AND GRIT 400 |
Apply sparingly. Dry overnight. Flat down with Grit 400. |

PAINT TOP COAT |

DIAMOND WHITE (change as applicable) |
3 Coats of Normal Mix 1:1 Ratio. Allow 5-10 Minutes between coats. 50 P.S.I Mix 50% Top Coat : 50% Thinner USE TACK RAG PRIOR TO 1ST COAT |

If satisfied with the gloss – Then polish only. If not, flat polish with Grit 1800 and Soap : Rub with “T” cut : Wipe and Wax. |
