Late morning breakfast or summer lunch. Tasty with a little kick.

Tesco finest chorizo sausage - Combination microwave/grill 10mins, roughly sliced in bite sized chunks.

Couchettes, sliced and fried in griddle with a little olive oil, salt, black pepper and sprinkle of chilli flakes.

Bed of salad of rocket, watercress and spinach leafs.

Fresh herbs roughly torn in - Mint leafs, Curly leaf Parsley and a small amount of chive (diced).

Plate up, seasoning with flaked salt and fresh cracked black pepper, drizzle of extra virgin oil and a squeeze of half a lemon.

I'm rarely active on radio and use repeaters even less but I do listen quite often. GB3WR seems to attract more than its fair share of 'characters'.

Recently one welsh accented station of poor audio input (R3) into the repeater repeatedly 'break break' into conversations and asks for audio reports. When stations have asked for a call-sign the reply is GW0JQF, others have stated that this is a pirate station. I am inclined to believe that is the case based on the threats and abuse coming from GW0JQF on Monday 9th May 2011 around mid-day towards G0CCB whom against his better judgement and license terms engaged and confronted the pirate for a couple of overs. The pirate continued to goad and threaten long after Clive came to his senses and didn't continue feeding the troll.

I am writing this post because I know that a few amateurs will hear this station and enter his callsign into google and will find this post as there is no other reference in the search results at this time.
